Summary
Under the direction of the Rental Operations Manager, the Rental Coordinator is responsible for Rental contract management and administrative activities. This includes the set-up, monitoring, coordination of deliver, pickup and billing of Rental contracts as well as the maintenance of Rental equipment availability.
Essential Functions
- Respond to customer and internal Rental equipment related inquiries, questions, and requests.
- Create Rental contracts in iRental and ensure that contract information and paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Communicate and coordinate Rental equipment delivery and pickup to and from the appropriate site acting as a transportation coordinator of internal & external drivers.
- Ensure that complete and accurate equipment delivery and pickup documentation is received from the transportation service provider, processed in the system, and filed appropriately within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Review and process the initial, periodic, and final billing on Rental contracts.
- Maintain Rental paperwork and documentation to satisfactory audit standards.
- Ensure that Rental contract files are up to date, organized, complete, and accurately maintained.
- Work with customers as well as fellow employees in order to meet customer's needs.
- Logging incoming rental calls and inquiries.
- Responsible for assisting in Rental fleet inventory counts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Sales Reps and other Rental Coordinators to drive revenue, new business, and to provide World-class Customer Service.
- Further develop sales skills through relationships with Sales Reps, Management, and Customers to grow our business and prepare yourself for future promotional opportunities.
- Develop New Account business through customer call and relationship development and partnerships with Rental Sales Reps and the Credit Department.
- Help grow & develop existing customers through reception of inbound customer calls & conducting outbound sales calls to aggressively pursue their business
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree from two-year College or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
