Job Posting for Director of Compliance, Privacy and Risk at Carolina Meadows Careers
This position advises Executive Team Members, Senior Management, corporate and affiliate Boards, and Team members on all areas of risk, compliance and privacy exposure and claims management. Implements and monitors the risk management, compliance, and all privacy processes. Ensures timely filing of all incident reports to insurance company and conducts root cause analysis to determine quality improvements needed. Remains knowledgeable in current areas of risk management and corporate compliance and privacy, to include but not limited to HIPAA, Red Flag, and other relevant state and federal regulations. Provides administrative coordination, leadership and development of a Patient Safety Evaluation System (PSES) in conjunction with working within a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) managed by Risk Captive Insurance Company.
Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in an area of Aging Services Management, Health Administration, or Risk Management. Requires excellent computer skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization.
