As a specimen collector for Carolina Testing, you will be trained and certified to meet the requirements of Department of Transportation federal drug and alcohol testing regulations. Your attention to detail is critical in every interaction you will encounter in this position. Collectors are expected to be mature, responsible and ethical individuals able to perform in an environment that requires strict confidentiality and absolute professionalism.

You should be capable of managing several tasks at the same time in a relaxed yet sometimes fast paced work environment and be fully prepared to use common sense and good judgment in difficult situations. Schedule
This position requires the candidate to be able to work a fixed schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9a to 5p. Opportunities for additional hours may be available at our main office in Conway covering shifts as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle all clients in a professional, courteous and respectful manner
- Collect urine, hair, saliva and breath specimens following strict procedural guidelines
- Process paperwork according to established protocols
- Manage workflow in an efficient and courteous manner
- Able to use and operate a computer at above basic levels
- Operate telephones, fax, copiers, printers and scanners
Qualifications and Skills
- HS Diploma required (minimum)
- Retail, medical or office experience required
- Previous specimen collection experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Print neatly and precisely at all times
- Ability to see clearly with proper depth perception
- Dexterity to handle specimens and operate scissors in a well controlled manner
Please Note: Background checks and drug screening will be conducted on all applicants considered for hire. All employees of Carolina Testing are subject to weekly random drug screens.
