MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain caseload of study participants
- Collect data using a variety of methods.
- Enter data on research databases, such as SPSS.
- Review data for errors in entry.
- Attend Caron meetings involved with research activities, as needed.
- Maintain satisfactory call completion rate to study participants
- Respond to requests and provide information/data to internal parties.
- Use judgment and be self-directed in performance of responsibilities.
- This job will require at minimum 1 weekend a month (not to exceed 2) and will involve scheduled evening hours.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Light lifting and bending
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree required.
- Experience in mental health or addiction treatment or research.
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Attention to detail in work assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize work.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, SPSS software programs.
- If in recovery, one year of continuous sobriety is preferred.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule, including weekend and evening hours, to align with project goals and scheduled appointments.
COMPETENCE AND MEASUREMENT:
- Demonstrate ability to gain patient confidence through satisfactory maintenance of participants in research studies.
- Demonstrate attention to detail through a minimum of errors in data entry.
- Demonstrate time-management abilities through timely completion of multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently through decision-making skills and independent completion of tasks in absence of Director of Research.
- Demonstrate initiative in completion of tasks without prior requests and in approaching Director of Research with project ideas and suggestions.
