MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain caseload of study participants
2. Collect data using a variety of methods.
3. Enter data on research databases, such as SPSS.
4. Review data for errors in entry.
5. Attend Caron meetings involved with research activities, as needed.
6. Maintain satisfactory call completion rate to study participants
7. Respond to requests and provide information/data to internal parties.
8. Use judgment and be self-directed in performance of responsibilities.
9. This job will require at minimum 1 weekend a month (not to exceed 2) and will involve scheduled evening hours.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Light lifting and bending
2. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum of Bachelor degree required.
2. Experience in mental health or addiction treatment or research.
3. Previous call center experience preferred
4. Attention to detail in work assignments.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize work.
6. Familiarity with Word, Excel, SPSS software programs.
7. If in recovery, one year of continuous sobriety is preferred.
8. Flexibility to adjust work schedule, including weekend and evening hours, to align with project goals and scheduled appointments.

1. Demonstrate ability to gain patient confidence through satisfactory maintenance of participants in research studies.
2. Demonstrate attention to detail through a minimum of errors in data entry.
3. Demonstrate time-management abilities through timely completion of multiple tasks.
4. Demonstrate ability to work independently through decision-making skills and independent completion of tasks in absence of Director of Research.
5. Demonstrate initiative in completion of tasks without prior requests and in approaching Director of Research with project ideas and suggestions.
