You Will
- Conduct employment related research and assist with different methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
- Assist writing job descriptions.
- Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified candidates.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers.
- Schedule Interviews with candidates and hiring team.
- Adhere to company policies.
- Adhere to privacy regulations.
- Assist in scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare progress reports on a weekly basis or sooner if required.
You Must Have
- Associates degree in business or related field; or two years related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
- Knowledge of employment law
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
