Role Responsibilities :
Assemble, test & record.
Key Responsibilities
Work from route sheets, blueprints, verbal instructions, manufacturing engineering, or other engineering specifications, to perform the required operations paying close attention to quality standards in appearance and function.
Use standard equipment and hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, cutter, formers, riveters, test and calibration equipment, hypots, heat guns, wrenches and various other hand tools to perform required operations.
Perform soldering, mechanical assembly, riveting, hypoting, function testing, calibrating, and inspection.
Responsible for the quality of work performed.
Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to the lead person or supervisor.
Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe, and orderly condition. Adhere to all Safety and PPE requirements. Actively support the organization’s effort to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.
Attending scheduled EH&S training program.Recommend improved EH&S practices.
Role Purpose :
Functional testing, working with PE.
Minimum Requirements :
Office 365
Experience in Electromechanical assembly and soldering
Testing / calibration
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
