About this role:
Established administration professional. Executes a variety of administrative services for the organization. Applies organizational policies and procedures in support of objectives and goals.
Responsible for word processing, mail distribution, communications, central file management, and supplies to ensure proper operations of work area.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts research and compiles and prepares reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required to provide adequate documentation to management or governmental agencies.
Uses knowledge of organizational policies and procedures to advise others and ensure compliance.
Manages data entry and records management tasks to ensure accuracy of records and data.
Identifies if and where processes are not working and develops recommendations for change.
Global service & commissioning coordination:
- Utilize AFS service engineers (local and regional)
- Subcontract to Approved 3rd party “Service suppliers”, Distributors
& Agents
1st line customer services
Elite customers special care & Key account management
Remote service coordination
Included in 24/7/365 “Global Service Operations”
Coordinate & Support the Spare Parts Sales
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience of setting up purchase orders
Knowledge and experience of International Logistics.
Knowledge and experience of managing office administration and employees.
