About the position
The Marketing Product Owner role will be responsible for helping Carrier identify opportunities to grow and scale it’s digital footprint through Carrier’s MarTech tools. This role will report into the Associate Director, SaaS, GTM, and Commerce to manage the operational details related to Carrier’s most critical MarTech solutions. The role will work with stakeholders across various groups including Finance, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to align on a shared vision and help drive execution forward. The ideal candidate would have subject matter expertise on MarTech tools and an understanding of what it takes to help a legacy business upgrade its marketing capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and prioritize product features based on business needs, customer feedback, and market research.
- Work with development teams to define requirements, build and maintain product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Ensure that marketing technology products meet user experience and design standards, and work with the design team to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Articulate and define user stories and iterations and drives delivery goals via prioritized stories with acceptance criteria for delivery
- Work with the customer experience teams and business unit partners to guide customer research to gain "voice of the customer" insight and leverage the learnings in digital experience design to understand customers' goals.
- Manage MarTech solutions design and delivery in collaboration with Digital to enable speedy integration and implementation of robust digital business architecture and platform.
- Understand the needs of the consumers, internal Carrier teams, and 3rd parties related to specific capabilities of the MarTech platforms to deliver continuous improvements
- Establish work breakdown structures (programs, projects, tasks), monitor team workload, and identify project risks, dependencies, and milestones.

Basic Qualifications
- High School / GED completed.
- 5 years of project management.
- 2 years of experience using Jira.
- 1 years working on Agile Projects.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working on CMS and other MarTech software solutions.
- The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution approach
- Success collaborating across teams and regions to achieve standardization and drive enablement across the enterprise (pull vs. push strategies to help reps more effectively sell).
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments

Additional information
- Location: Ideally the work location is either Palm Beach Gardens (FL) or Atlanta (GA), but we are open for remote work within the USA.
- The candidate must be available to work in the Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Traveling up to 15% nationally and internationally is required
