Marketing Associate

Carroll Engineering Corporation is seeking an organized and highly-motivated individual to join our Warrington, PA team in a full time position as a Marketing Associate. Our Marketing Associate will lead our marketing efforts and will be responsible for contributing to all areas of the company, including creative services, account management, and administration.

Qualifications:

• 1-8 years of marketing/advertising in-house experience
• Bachelor's degree required – Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications majors preferred
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills
• Knowledge of Engineering/Professional Marketing industries a plus
• Basic understanding of marketing channels (digital marketing, content marketing, public relations, advertising and direct marketing)
• Outgoing and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Fast learner with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Familiarity with digital marketing a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Reports to and supports the Vice President of Sales & Marketing
• Help manage CarrollEngineering.com website content — compose, proofread/edit, and post content for blogs, press releases, articles, case studies (WordPress admin)
• Work with marketing agency partner
• Help manage social media including set up, posting and analytics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
• Help with preparing and submitting proposals and qualifications to potential new clients
• Help with webinars and podcasts
• Network/attend industry events and conferences
• Ensure all assigned projects are completed thoroughly and on time
• Proactively contributes own ideas
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and a keen attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
