CARROLL WATER IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR LEAD GENERATORS/BRAND AMBASSADORS TO WORK AT OUR KIOSK AT COSTCO.
- PART-TIME APPROXIMATELY 15-20 HRS./WEEK. PRIMARILY WEEKENDS
- $17/HR. PLUS $15/DEMO. THESE ARE APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED BY OUR MARKETING TEAM FOR OUR SALES TEAM. IF SALE IS MADE, AN ADDITIONAL $25 IS PAID TO LEAD GENERATOR.
- WE OFFER FREE IN-HOME WATER TESTS TO HOME OWNERS AND COSTCO MEMBERS. THIS IS YOUR “HOOK”.
- FLEXIBLE HOURS. YOU CLOCK IN AND OUT AT THE COSTCO. WE PROVIDE TABLET FOR INPUTTING LEADS AND TRAINING.
- STRONG PEOPLE SKILLS A MUST. GREAT JOB FOR RETIRED PERSON OR SOMEONE LOOKING TO EARN EXTRA INCOME.
- MUST BE RESPONSIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY. MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION

Founded in 1983 by Ron Smith. Ron’s goal was to provide Carroll County, Maryland with clean drinking water. After many years building Carroll Water in 2015 his son, Brian, purchased the company. Brian worked in the company since he was 12 years old. Since acquiring the company Brian’s vision has continued to surpass all expectations, acquiring Harr Well Drilling in 2016 and Jones Well Drilling in 2022, to make Carroll Water Systems a leader in the Water Treatment and Well Drilling industry.
