At Carrum Health, we're rebuilding healthcare from the ground up and looking for an Email Marketing Manager to play a critical role in our success. Our marketing team has experienced tremendous growth in the last few years, and we're looking to hire an email marketing expert to continue to take our campaigns to the next level.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • As Email Marketing Manager, you will have an integral role in creating and executing an email strategy that inspires and engages potential Carrum Health patients
  • With a deep understanding of email marketing, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and marketing technology, you will take the lead in constructing lifecycle programs that drive increased engagement and conversions
  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners across Client Success, Product, Design, Data Science, and others to produce, schedule, and deploy eye-catching, best-in-class email campaigns
  • Lead email testing strategy and execution for our different client target audiences and make recommendations to optimize
  • Monitor and report on campaigns to ensure they are working well, share insights and learnings and how they compare against benchmarks and book of business averages, and build alternative strategies as appropriate

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities; data-driven thinking, experience building robust and structured testing roadmaps
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and enterprise-level marketing automation platforms and tools, such as Braze and Litmus
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills and experience working with client success managers, designers and copywriters
  • Experience analyzing channel performance, conducting A/B testing, and building reports for a range of stakeholders
