Job mission
The Client Experience Assistant, Treatment is responsible for all administrative and operational functions of the Client Treatment business. This includes but is not limited to placing order replenishments, inventory control (including sample closet maintenance), managing warehouse communications/relations and working with Management on inventory planning. They will provide key support on strategic projects, organizing and enhancing internal database and communicating any updates/arrivals of collateral to all key departments. This role requires a strong merchandising or excel background as the Assistant will be managing a robust gifting inventory and will work with Headquarters on shipment logistics. The Assistant will also work closely with SAP to execute all Treatment orders. Additionally, they will be providing adhoc strategic support on Client Experience projects as needed. This will be a transversal role touching on treatment, operations, and hospitality.
Main accountabilities/objective of the position
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal gift ordering platform
- Place weekly treatment orders for both retail and Specialist Retail POS
- Oversee stock movements and investigations with Transportation and Warehouse teams
- Manage gift inventory logistics with Cartier Headquarters
- Track and oversee all movements of gifts and treatment tools for accurate planning; update internal documents as needed
- Maintain an organized inventory of all gifts and treatment tools, respective ETAs and other relevant information
- Assist in the creation of allocations for POS and corporate departments
- Sample closet organization and upkeep
- Collect relevant feedback of activations and tools from the network and share with relevant team members
- Liaison with other departments on collecting and distributing collateral
- Administrative support including, but not limited to: ordering vendor samples, archiving, booking conference rooms, ordering office supplies etc.
- Assist the Manager, Treatment in local gift development and creating network-wide gifting strategies
- Assist the Client Treatment team in strategic treatment and hospitality projects as needed (i.e: formatting and research)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher required
- 1-3 Years of experience in an excel-focused or merchandising role
- Efficiency in Microsoft suite (especially Excel)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred but not necessary
- Exceptional organization skills; especially maintaining internal documents
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate agility and willingness to learn as the needs of the team and the markets evolve
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative approach with ability to foster a united work environment with a “can do” attitude
