Caruso Homes is expanding our sales team and looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidates to join our team. We are seeking a Sales Manager to learn the Caruso Homes’ sales process. In addition demonstrate the home, perform financial analysis, generate competitive market analysis, work through construction related issues, and maintain long term relationships with buyers.
Prior sales experience with custom/production home builder
Ability to work under pressure; organized with great attention to detail
Strong background with reading site and home plans
Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings when needed
Conduct pre-construction meeting with home owners to review selections, options, schedules, etc.
Develop and maintain positive relationship with customer to resolve issues
Attend weekly sales meetings
Strong team player attitude
Strong work ethic, strong people and task skills
Ability to manage multiple residential home projects at a time
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities to include but not limited to are: seek out new home sales for the division, attend realtor functions, update/coordinate marketing material, seek out new land opportunities, scheduling, coordinating, attention to detail, problem solving, ensuring full compliance with contract documents, ensure company policy/procedure standards are met, maintain quality control, communicate with customers on a weekly basis, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Education and Work Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years college education or five (5 ) year’s sales experience required. Must have strong communication skills, ability to read blueprints and site plans, team player attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated and dedicated to success. Must be able to set goals and consistently meet deadlines. Must have a good knowledge base of home/land developing, adhere to schedules and create reports. Must be a team player and maintain a quality team environment. Must be able to supervise multiple projects at optimum efficiency.
