Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee Caruso Homes Sales team to exceed monthly sales goals.
- Generate monthly competitive market analysis.
- Responsible for market presentation.
- Work with Sales Managers and division management to create and implement strategic marketing plans for each community.
- Oversee lead management system.
- Compile, analyze and review traffic reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and maintain relationships with local Realtor community.
- New hire onboarding and ongoing training with Sales Managers and Sales Assistants.
- Inspire, lead and coach Sales Managers to perform at levels congruent with Caruso Homes standards of performance.
- Work with Sales Managers and leadership to accurately forecast closings and sales.
- Interview potential sales candidates.
- Assist in expanding sales efforts into new markets.
- Agreement for additional responsibilities.
