Customer service rep

• Find your home with Carvana and be part of the team disrupting the car buying status quo. Carvana has immediate openings for Customer Service Reps who will : Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of vehicles to and from customers;
• Interact with customers in person, by phone, email, and text; Keep and maintain accurate detailed notes of customer interactions;
• Complete a pre-delivery checklist to assure the vehicle is ready for delivery; Promptly respond to customer requests and assist customers to resolve issues and complaints;
