What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Custodian position at Carvell Consulting LLC?
We are looking for a Lead Custodian, to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
Positions Available:
Tuesday - Saturday : 6:00 AM- -2:00 PM
Flexible availability for fill in shifts is a preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Communicate weekly inventory to Administrator
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with other personnel on site
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
