Description :
As the Bilingual (English / Spanish) Receptionist / Administrative Assistant , you will be the first point of contact for all inbound communications for CarynHealth and our clients.
This role works onsite in our Alpharetta, GA office, and is tasked with providing administrative support, screening inbound communications, redirecting phone calls, return missed calls, and streamlining office operations.
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Client Success Navigator team, as well as supporting other departments.
A positive attitude, strong BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) communication skills, the ability to multitask, and teamwork skills are essential to this role.
This is a 100% on-site / in-office role within a call center environment.

Qualifications :
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have ability to work onsite daily within the Alpharetta call center
- Must be fully Bilingual (Spanish / English)
- Must have previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Coordinator, or similar role
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must be proficient in running multiple computer programs w / willingness to learn new programs
- Must have excellent multitasking & time-managements skills, w / ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance
