Description :
The Customer Success Associate (Client Success Navigator) is responsible for providing excellent client services for all internal and external customers, helping clients navigate the healthcare system as it pertains to the health plans and programs to which the clients are subscribed, supporting clients in achieving their health-related goals, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of company programs.
In this office-based role, you will communicate clearly and empathetically to clients with healthcare navigation challenges, through various channels (predominately via telephone, email, and chat).
You will be tasked with navigating multiple platforms to locate healthcare data and explain health plan information accurately.
You must demonstrate an ability to read & understand care program / health plan & related guidelines and communicate effectively to clients.
You will provide timely and accurate information to incoming client inquiries and address concerns through effective resolution strategies, using critical thinking skills to assess the client’s needs.
Then you will be able to create touchpoints with the clients to offer individualized offerings / services tailored to their specific needs.
Effective communication with team members and clients is essential in this role.

Qualifications :
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have ability to work onsite in the Alpharetta office daily for work
- Must have 1 yrs. of specific Call Center Customer Service Experience (inbound and / or outbound calls)
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred but not required
- Must have strong Critical Thinking / Analysis & Problem-Solving Skills with Excellent Time Management Ability
- Must be proficient in Communication (especially listening & speaking with clear diction over the phone)
- Ability to work with a team & communicate on the phone for scheduled shift
- Must have proficiency with basic computer programs
- A bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field preferred but not required
- Public Health Coordination Background, Health Navigation, or Claims Management Experience preferred but not required
