Shift Leaders Responsibilities
Estimate food and beverage needs and requisitions or purchases supplies.
Supervises inventories and estimates food and beverage costs.
Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
Inspects dining areas for cleanliness and safety regulations.
Enforces all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints
Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
Verifies correct materials such as labels, and code dates are in place prior to start up.
Responsible for inspecting finished product throughout the day to confirm compliance with specifications.
Other duties may be assigned by Manager

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Food Handlers Certification – (not required in Bartlesville, Oklahoma)
- Servers, Cashiers, Bartender Managers – TX TABC; LA Bar Card; OK Liquor License
