We are looking for Maintenance Technicians on 2nd shift
We are actively seeking talented and passionate people like you to join our dedicated team in Lancaster, NY. If you are ready to work, full of energy, and eager to learn, this is your chance to meet us directly at the plant.
Why Cascades?
- Starting pay $25.59/hr - $30.79/hr based on experience
- Shift premium: $0.50/hr
- Second shift - Monday to Friday from 2pm - 10:30pm
- Weekly pay
- PPE allowance, including boots and prescription safety glasses

- Maintenance and servicing of all machines/equipment including flexos, slotters, die cutters, stitchers, boilers, air compressors, electric lift trucks, and general building maintenance.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Maintain production lines to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair the production machines.
- Our machines make corrugated boxes, cutting into right measurements, and ability to make different box sizes for our customers.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude or qualifications
- MUST have 1 year of experience in the field.
