Primarily responsible for facilitating safety training for new hires/annually for existing employees
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::
- Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Assist in the implementation of orientation programs for new and transferring employees.
- Facilitate and lead group discussions with employees to facilitate communication of complaints, concerns, or updates on workplace improvement.
- Support and participate in HR/Clerical group meetings.
- Guide tours for prospective new employees.
- Assist in the set-up and arrangements for orientation events and job fairs.
- Attend training sessions for employee orientation leaders.
- Adhere to the Orientation Leader Contract in regard to policies, personal and professional conduct, and attitude.
- Ability to communicate with your orientation group through written, oral, and/or video materials.
- Assist the Employment Supervisor with daily tasks such as calling candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate with employees.
- Bilingual - (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Strong written skills, correct grammar.
- Ability to learn Case Farms' programs, policies, and procedures.
- Availability to participate fully in all orientation programs, including training sessions.
- Ability to manage time and information in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive, flexible, and adaptable working style.
- Ability to accept and respond to constructive feedback.
- Effective interpersonal skills: assertive, helpful, sensitive, and tactful in working with others.

- Lifting ¬ may involve periodic moving/lifting of items exceeding 50 lbs.
- Extraneous situations may arise for which additional physical demands may be required.
- The candidate must have the capacity to remain calm, considerate, and tactful under unanticipated situations.
- When Giving Plant Tours: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
- May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.
- Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
- Exposure to dust, feathers, and chemicals used in the poultry processing facility.
- May climb steps to access and egress through the production environment.
