Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) is a partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This role is critical in providing a high-quality candidate experience. The RC will work alongside the Manager of Recruiting and play an important part of ensuring a seamless recruiting and onboarding experience for those joining the organization. This candidate will have good organizational skills, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications:
- 1 years of recruiting coordination or HR administrative experience.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to build trust and respect within the organization.
- Experience in a non-profit preferred.
- Very detail-oriented and able to meet multiple competing deadlines while effectively balancing workload.
- Ability to execute a wide variety of tasks and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong self-starter – ability to take on and complete projects with minimal direction.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills with MS Office Suite applications (including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HR applications and tools.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected projects and a demonstrated willingness to help others.
This position is based at our Headquarters in Seattle, WA. The base salary for this role in Seattle is $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
Casey Family Programs offers benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, health and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts, eligibility for 403(b) and 401(a) retirement plans, disability, basic life, employee assistance plan and business travel insurance. Additionally, employees are eligible to accrue paid time off, starting at 8 hours per month of annual leave and 8 hours of sick time per month in the first year of employment. Casey Family Programs also observes 10 paid holidays per year and each employee receives one personal holiday to use each calendar year. Employees that meet certain tenure qualifiers are eligible for up to eight weeks of parental leave for the birth or placement of a child for adoption or foster care. After the completion of 10 years of continuous, full-time employment, employees in good standing are eligible for a three-month sabbatical with pay. Casey Family Programs also offers many opportunities for continued learning, training, and development.
