Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily transactions including: customer service, new account approvals, closing delinquent accounts, collection calls and some mailings.
- Meets all store financial goals
- Maintains a positive work environment
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Markets merchandise by advertising, promotions, and outside resources.
- Maintains industry knowledge on all state and legal requirements.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing procedures, operational, and personnel policies.
- Contributes to team/district effort by accomplishing set goal results as needed.
- Customer focus and strong understanding of customer service techniques.
- Builds vendor relationships for our B2B program.
- Staff coaching and development
Required Qualifications:
- At least two years of management experience
- Strong understanding of customer service techniques
- Great verbal and written communication
- Reliable transportation for work and marketing purposes
- Professional appearance and conduct
Desired Qualifications:
- College degree or undergraduate work
- Retail sales or hospitality experience
- Experience in collections
- Marketing experience
- Financial background
- Bilingual a plus

Great Work Schedules:
Monday thru Friday (Store openings from 10:00am and store closings from 6:00pm – 7:00pm)
Saturday hours- Half days
CLOSED on Sundays
One weekday off
