The Talent Acquisition Manager job responsibilities include:
- Contact, recruit and interview candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions for open roles in Account Management, Business Development, Creative, Experiential, Influencer Marketing, Project Management, Public Relations, Social Media and Strategy
- Partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and formulate go to market recruitment strategy
- Create candidate profiles in order to successfully match candidates to open requisitions
- Utilize tools and job boards to source passive and high demand creative talent
- Complete full cycle recruitment across multiple roles
- Coordinate in-office and off-site interviews and appointments
- Run background and reference checks for candidates
- Assist candidates in fulfilling their full career potential
You are a good fit if you have:
- 5 years of related recruitment experience in the advertising and marketing industry
- Agile and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding problem solving ability
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Expert knowledge around LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience working within an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
