Casino M8trix is actively recruiting a Food & Beverage Lead. This role serves as a restaurant shift manager who will lead, direct, and motivate our food and beverage staff in providing our guests with an outstanding and entertaining experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience or a college degree in hospitality or related field.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Speak English fluently and coherently (additional language skills a plus).
- Must have flexible working hours (we are a 24 / 7 operation).
Skills and Abilities :
- Proven leadership and ability to motivate with professionalism.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
- Strong ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with both employees and managers at all levels.
- Serve as a liaison between the employees and upper management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must possess a great deal of tact and a strong work ethic.
- Takes great pride in doing their job well and seeing others succeed.
- Provide staff with proper training, support, materials, and tools.
- Possess ability to work irregular hours, nights and weekends, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the business and changes in the work force.
- Knowledge of inventory systems is a plus.
Work Hours and Availability :
Casino M8trix is hiring for all shifts. Must be available to work full-time, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits :
This is a salaried, exempt position. Pay scale for this position is $66,560 - $70,000 annually (depending on experience).
Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees, including paid time off, medical, vision, dental, and life insurance.
In addition, this position receives a shift meal, a 20% discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise.
