Job Description
Caspian Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to support the Construction Department, field personnel and office. In this key position you will be delivering prompt and qualitative administrative support as well as seamlessly complete day to day clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, detailed oriented, computer proficiency as well as strong communication skills.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry on Buildertrend, creating POs/templates and keeping the bids UpToDate on each job.
- Following up with the vendors and sub-contractors on daily basis activities.
- Prepare documents for permitting packages
- Request vendors for bidding on new projects.
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing, copying and scanning.
- Schedule meetings.
- Maintain sharepoint filing systems.
- Producing reports for managers.
Job Skills & Abilities Guidelines:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new a software (Buildertrend).
- Fluent English & Spanish Speaking.
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
- Broad understanding of construction industry.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- AA Degree desired.
- 3 years of related administrative experience.
- 1 years of Construction office experience preferred.
