What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver (CNA, HHA, or PCA) position at Cassia?
Join our team Haven Homes Assisted Living in a beautiful, brand-new building that opened December 2020. We are hiring Full-Time Caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs) to help our residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. We have recently increased our wages and are offering a $7,500 Bonus!
Caregiver responsibilities:
As a Caregiver, you will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. You will work beside other Caregivers & Nurses to get the job done.
There are Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules. Shift: Day or Evening
Pay: $16.91 - $19.80 / hour, depending on experience
Shift differential of $1.25 for Evenings and CNAs will make $1.00 more per hour. Increased pay as you learn the position.

Resident Assistant / Caregiver skills and requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you!
- Creative aptitude with the ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
- Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.
