- Hourly Pay Range: $57,000 - $62,000 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and service commercial insurance accounts in accordance with agency procedures
- Prepare new business proposals that align with client needs and agency recommendations
- Provide ongoing service to clients including but not limited to insurance binders, policy billing, policy changes, endorsements, and additional insured certificates
- Support clients and gather required documentation during workers compensation audits
- Review policies to ensure that coverages and limits are correct and display appropriately across management systems and client facing documentation
- Maintain account records in agency management systems, including incoming and outgoing internal and external correspondence
- Review accounts and identify areas of opportunity for additional coverage and improved pricing
Requirements
- Active Oregon Property & Casualty license
- 2 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accounts
- Knowledge of major insurance coverages including General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with agency management and quoting software
- Outstanding organization and communication skills
