```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant who will also be an outgoing Sales Assistant to join our small team.
This will be a Monday thru Saturday job, five hours each day, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, for a total of 30 hours per week.
This person will be responsible for providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be obsessive about organization, and be a professional, warm and friendly face for our customers.
Duties:
- Answer phones, meet and greet walk-in customers, gather basic information from customers and answer their basic questions before turning them over to our salesperson.
- Organize the office and keep the store clean and orderly
- Support project coordination by organizing files, tracking progress, and preparing reports
- Assist with preparation of marketing materials
- Create weekly Facebook posts
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or sales assistant
- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks Online, Photoshop, and/or Facebook Marketing would be a major plus
