Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
Licensed Nurse in the applicable state.
We take new graduates; we will train you!
Responsibilities:
Provides skilled nursing care as outlined in the nursing care plan.
Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
Administer Physician-prescribed medication to patients.
Provide education to clients and their family on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other individuals in the client’s care plan
Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the client.
