Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Be a punctual, reliable and positive member of a dedicated team, responsible for signing in and out for each shift and arranging coverage for missed shifts when necessary
· Maintain an elevated level of focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction through exceptional service
· Communicate with guests to exchange general courtesies, light conversation, and inform them of any promotional incentives we have going on in the restaurant
· Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all public, high-touch areas, including, but not limited to tables, chairs, doors, windows, countertops, restrooms
