With a strong focus on training and development, you'll become an expert in our systems and process, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base, building strong relationships and driving growth.
- Research new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing B2B leads.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring exceptional performance and productivity.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using a CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team success.
