Our team is in search of an experienced Call Center Manager. You will work directly with the creator of a multibillion-dollar brand and will play a vital role in the success of the lead generation team and have a direct impact on company success.
The Lead Generation Team is a group of work at home Agents with extensive experience in qualifying potential customers. You must have a strategic mindset to seeing ahead, removing roadblocks, and streamlining process.
As the manager of the team you will support the agents in onboarding and optimizing their skill sets. You will also have the opportunity to partner with the leadership team and impact the strategy of the call center as it expands within the industry.
