Our team is in search of an experienced Call Center Manager. You will work directly with the creator of a multibillion-dollar brand and will play a vital role in the success of the lead generation team and have a direct impact on company success.

The Lead Generation Team is a group of work at home Agents with extensive experience in qualifying potential customers. You must have a strategic mindset to seeing ahead, removing roadblocks, and streamlining process.

As the manager of the team you will support the agents in onboarding and optimizing their skill sets. You will also have the opportunity to partner with the leadership team and impact the strategy of the call center as it expands within the industry.

• $50k-$70k/year based on experience and bonus opportunities

• Microsoft Office/Google Suite

• Slack

• Salesforce (Minimal)

WORK SCHEDULE

- Monday - Friday

- 11:00am - 8:00pm

• Remote twice/week in office meetings

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Onboard and train call center team

• Document process and procedures

• Analyze call center data and prepare reports for leadership

• Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage

• Optimize scripts and rebuttals

• Real-time dashboard monitoring

• Quality Assurance

• Understand and support all technical systems

• Key point of contact to leadership team

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years Call Center leadership experience Experience with dialing software

• Skilled in developing and managing reports.

• Ability to coach and train staff

• -Must be a go getter that can supervise a team and operation with minimal support

Ability to build rapport and trust with staff Ability to motivate team

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• High energy with desire to succeed and grow Sales ability necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday
