What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Lead position at Catalyst?
We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join us and build out the Talent Acquisition function. You’ll help to ensure we continue finding and bringing on great talent to build a world class team and, in turn, be one of the greatest companies to work for in New York City. In addition to being a partner to hiring managers, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in a range of recruiting programs — recruiting operations, recruiting events, employer brand, interview training, referral programs, etc.
In this role you’ll report to and work closely with our Head of People & Places. We’re looking for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves and be involved in the full cycle of recruiting, from sourcing to coordinating to close. In this role, you'll be wearing many hats, so the ideal person is someone that has the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and apply their skills to a vast array of levels and roles.
- You’ll be responsible for owning all recruiting processes, trainings, and guidelines and helping us figure out how we can make them better as we grow.
- As our first in-house recruiter, you’ll be working closely with the leadership team to develop our recruiting strategies across a range of technical and non-technical roles.
- You’ll be a thought partner to all of our hiring managers as they scope out new roles and interview processes, facilitating the discussion to make sure we are taking the market and team needs into consideration.
- You will bring best people practices to ensure that we are ahead of the curve when it comes to interviewing and competing in the NY market.
