We are looking for a dynamic Portfolio Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Falls Church, VA. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the leadership and management to help build and execute a portion of CATHEXIS' project portfolio. The Portfolio Manager builds a portfolio by working with the Growth Team, potential clients, and CATHEXIS subject matter experts to shape and win work. The Portfolio Manager leads a portfolio, which involves developing a business plan that aligns with CATHEXIS' strategic roadmap, motivating others to commit to that plan, reinforcing CATHEXIS' value proposition as Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and holding everyone accountable for their performance. The Portfolio Manager manages the portfolio by overseeing its project set; setting, reviewing and controlling budgets, manages and mitigates risk; and ensuring high levels of quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with CATHEXIS policies and procedures. The Portfolio Manager is part of the corporate Leadership Team (LT) of CATHEXIS and the role inherently includes contributing to the overall success of CATHEXIS through cross-selling, collaboration, and improving enterprise-wide tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the short and long-term planning to achieve CATHEXIS performance goals to meet or exceed sales, revenue, profitability, and other objectives
- Works with the Growth Team to identify, shape, solution, and bid work to help build the portfolio
- Serve as Senior Customer Manager through direct contact with customers and partners to promote business development within HHS
- Set an impeccable standard for integrity and ethical behavior
- Provide day-to-day leadership that reflects the company's mission and core values to foster a customer oriented and accountable environment
- Ensure implementation of Corporate policies
- Coordinate with Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and corporate staff (i.e., Human Resources (HR), Contracts, Finance & Accounting, practice leads, as well as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to develop and implement operational systems, processes, and personnel activities to meet growth objectives
- Inspire staff by enthusiastically communicating Corporate strategy, business goals, expectations, and foster CATHEXIS culture
- Develop next level leadership through direct mentoring, internal and external training opportunities, and opportunities for increased responsibility
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Corporate objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in related field
- 8 years of experience in positions demonstrating increased managerial responsibility
- Proven track record of successful portfolio and program management and business development
