Accountable for all aspects of program operations including personnel management, budgeting, grant proposals, reporting, and ensuring compliance with both Catholic Charities Dallas’ policies and procedures as well as funders and accreditation agencies’ requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with the Director to establish policies and procedures for efficient and effective service delivery aligned with projected outcomes and measures
- Determine policies and define scope of services to be rendered within regulations promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), state/federal cooperative agreements, funding contracts and Council on Accreditation (COA) requirements
- Supervises, trains and coaches staff toward meeting outputs, outcomes, and objectives
- Ensures program is prepared for annual audits and monitoring visits by reviewing all case files and documentation
- Responsible for program-specific grant and budget proposals, monitoring, reporting, and compliance
- Manage all volunteer interactions so that volunteers are wisely, carefully, and responsibly managed, all for the benefit of the clients we serve and provide a positive volunteer experience. This includes supervision, training, and feedback on performance for all volunteers in your program, as well as accurate and timely reporting on volunteer hours.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with funders and partner agencies
OTHER DUTIES:
- Represents program at community coalitions, networks, and event.
- Prepares monthly and quarterly reports as designated by the Director
- Adheres to agency and professional code of ethics
- Coordinates program volunteers and in-kind donations and reporting
- Supports the Mission, Values, and Vision of Catholic Charities Dallas
- Other duties as assigned by Director
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e. nonprofit management, social work); Master’s degree preferred
- Five years of supervisory, management, and administrative experience
- Five years of experience working in Refugee Resettlement
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written communication skills in English required
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultures and ethnicities
- Computer literate and experience with MS Office suite of products
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
- Knowledge of Refugee Resettlement and Match Grant programs required

Background Check: This position requires a criminal background check
Driving Record: Clear driving record and current liability insurance
Health: Annual TB screen required, other public health screenings as required
Language requirements: Bilingual English/refugee language preferred'
