Catholic Charities is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our team! This position will work closely with all members of the Human Resources team providing support in the areas of recruitment and staffing, employee set-up and onboarding, and assisting with the HRIS system, including fielding employee questions and data entry. The Human Resources Assistant will also be part of the administrative pool providing backup and general administrative support to Operations Managers and the Leadership Team as needed. Additional duties may include reviewing and processing various personnel documents, data entry, filing and organization, project support, and other administrative services supporting the workforce.
Preferred candidates will have experience in recruiting, utilization of job boards and social media tools, knowledge of HRIS system (Kronos/UKG preferred), and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
