This Caseworker for the Guardianship Program is responsible for the delivery of direct services. The Caseworker will serve as a Guardian of Person for multiple wards of Mahoning County Probate Court. The Caseworker is responsible for ensuring the execution of the mission of the Agency as it relates to the implementation and development of the Guardianship Program. Position is accountable to the Probate Court and Mental Health Board as well as the agency.

Bachelor’s degree and/or two years’ experience in human services field. BSW/LSW a plus. Program requires good documentation skills, knowledge of community resources and good communication skills. Ability to work with diverse population especially those with mental health issues, have strong organizational skills and strong communication skills. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Must be able to meet physical demands of the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
