The Catholic Health Home Care Field Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) will:
- Day, Evening and Night shift available.
- Assess, plan, develop and implement with the patient or responsible caregiver a comprehensive home health plan of care for nursing and identifies patient needs for other disciplines and services.
- Infusion RN instructs patient or responsible caregiver in nursing care, disease management, health promotion as directed by the physician's plan of treatment and consistent with Agency regulatory and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS RN License
- Minimum 1 year experience in Med/Surg or CHHA setting
- Recent Infusion experience a must
- Current CPR Certification
