Purpose:
The role is responsible for coordinating all 360º, integrated client campaigns and projects. The Account Manager provides strategic counsel and assists in business development, understanding the agency’s strategic objectives to guide the client to the most appropriate and innovative marketing and digital solutions.
Therefore, AM must work collaboratively with the rest of the teams (creative, strategy, production, experience, digital) communicating clearly to ensure the best end results for client. He/she must be a strategic thinker and possess the ability to bring new ideas to clients while safeguarding company objectives and vision.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with the client.
- Presenting and negotiating (with specialized profiles if necessary) project plans and budgets.
- Be the main responsible of delivering an end-to-end launch campaign.
- Be the main point of contact for the key internal stakeholders including creativity team, strategy team and production team.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects according to client needs and objectives.
- Work with the strategy team to brief the rest of the profiles involved in each of the projects.
- Briefing and judging creative in relation to agreed guidelines and strategy.
- Ensure the correct implication both of client and agency profiles on the planned dates for projects.
- Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client at all stages.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with projects plans.
- Present and defend agency ideas with conviction.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Senior Account Manager in an advertising agency.
- Office heavy user.
- Must be self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at the same time.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
- Effective organisational abilities.
- Commercial awareness and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Perfect English (and Spanish preferable) oral and written communication skills.
