Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales and Catering Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Catering Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting for new business, booking repeat business, overseeing all aspects of catering including detailing and coordinating events, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering and hospitality management of large space, possess strong sales skills and excellent organizational and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales and Catering Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, in a large space environment
- Strong knowledge of sales and catering,
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
- Culinary background or knowledge is preferred
