Causwells is an American Bistro located in the Marina District in San Francisco. We currently serve dinner Tuesday-Sunday nights, and serving brunch on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We are currently looking to hire a General Manager to join us!

Responsibilities include:
Day to Day operations
Understanding daily Financials, P&L management & monthly meetings
Oversees every aspect of FOH team inc. training, onboarding, dismissals, schedules
Manages all FOH platforms: Toast, Tock, Otter, DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates
Guest communications
Works closely with chef managing food quality and guest feedback
Inventory on a monthly basis
Facilities Covid & Sanitation Protocols
Menu, Website and so much more..

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 year experience in a Manager/Floor Supervisor role in a high-volume restaurant with a Full Bar
-Understands how to drive sales and is constantly working towards more precise shift management
-Leads by example, works to inspire teamwork and hospitality!
-Able to maintain a positive workplace culture
-Loves customer engagement, develops regular clientele
-Good communicator, open to feedback and encourages transparency in the workplace.
-knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
-Proactive and able to multitask
-Able to lift 50 Lbs, ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
-Full-time availability (restaurant is closed Mondays)

Compensation:
Salary dependant on experience plus Bonus program
