Outbound Inside Sales Position Summary : We are looking for a full-time Outbound Inside Sales professional to join our team to generate new business for the organization.
At ATI, our vision is to be the recognized leader in temperature monitoring for healthcare and life sciences.The successful candidate will have the ability to create leads and fill the sales pipeline for ATI through researching, contacting, and creating meaningful connections with prospects.
As an integral part of the sales team, the inside sales representative's primary functions are : 1.
Contacting leads by phone, email, referrals, etc.2.
Moving potential customers to highly qualified prospects.3.

Inside Sales Representative
OutboundReports to : Sales Manager Position Summary / Objective : The overall objective of this position is to support ATI in selling their technology into small to medium sized organizations by fulfilling the requirements stated by the customers.
This position is responsible for : · Increasing sales by pursuing new customers, establishing relationships with existing customers, and achieving designated sales goals.
- Coordinating messaging with internal teams,· Communicating customer progress with management.· Providing exceptional customer support to both internal and external customers.
- Sales will be conducted in accordance with the company's vision and values.Expectations : · Research and develop leads to a targeted market.
- Conduct outbound phone calls and emails to prospective and inactive customers to create and maintain positive customer relationships to grow revenue.
- Field all incoming customer orders and look for opportunity for up-selling and cross-selling while developing customer relationships.
- Prepare quotes, samples and follow-up as needed.
- Serve as first point of contact for Sales.· Complete other administrative tasks as requested.· Utilize strong time management and organizational skills.

Refer customer concerns and issues to customer service department when appropriate.7.
Communicate issues with diplomacy.
Prepare quotes, samples and follow-up as needed.
Prepare quotes for inbound callers and customers.2.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary for information needed to complete quote.3.
Provide feedback from customer interactions to appropriate internal resources.
Serve as first point of contact for Outside Sales.1.
Effectively communicate order and quote status to Outside Sales.2.
Seek out and provide customer leads to Outside Sales when determined that further opportunities exist within the account above the commodity purchases.3.
Deliver supportive information and data as needed to support Outside Sales.4.
Coordinate with Technical Support for new prospects and onboarding new customer / new applications.
Complete other administrative tasks as requested.1.
