Identity Service Owner

The position willutilize ITIL and other principles to gather requirements, identify customerdemand and develop the service that leverages the existing expertise andinfrastructure. Identify opportunities for to revise the solution. Develop and implement processes to ensure the solution is delivered to customersin an efficient and effective manner. Provide strategic direction fordelivery of the CLIENT. Theposition will ensure the service aligns with evolving customer needs andcompliance requirements. The position will be responsible for working with customersand vendors to identify opportunities and ensure consistent delivery.
