The successful Radiologic Technologist candidate requires the demonstrated ability to operate imaging equipment for the provision of required examinations, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and ability to work independently.
This employee will provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors and staff with an emphasis on quality service and safe care. Employee must be self-motivated and demonstrate ability to work as a team. Employee will be responsible for routine radiography imaging as well as assisting with Fluoroscopy procedures such as bariums exams, arthrograms and myelograms, hysterosalphigograms, trauma cases, and various Operating Room procedures. Employee will demonstrate knowledge in radiation safety and sterile technique. Employee will be responsible for assisting with IR cases such as Nephrostomy tubes, drainage catheter placement, Power ports, Tunneled Dialysis catheters, Pelvic Venograms and various other procedures.
NYS Radiologic Technology license required; CT certification preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Radiology preferred.
Schedule: Per Diem - Days Flex (coverage as needed)

Experience - Preference two years' experience but new graduates welcomed
Licensure - ARRT and NYS license
Physical Requirements - Must be able to push, pull, bend, safely transfer patients and ambulate without assistance.
