Job Summary:
As the Area Manager, you will oversee all aspects of sales, operations, and merchandising. You will turn the company strategy into successful customer experiences by having a passion for people, operations and the visual aesthetic of the store. You will communicate a clear vision of business expectations by motivating and driving culture through Store Leaders.

- You have great attention to detail and can be counted on to maintain a store schedule, approve time off, take daily calls, and find coverage.
- You are a strategic planner and are able to drive KPIs, maximize sales, and plan growth as it pertains to people development and staffing needs.
- You love our products.
- You’re able to drive a vehicle to conduct store visits.
- You're available to work when our customers and team need you (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- You’ve previously led teams in a retail setting; you have at least 5 years of experience managing 2 or more stores with proven results or a college degree in a closely related field.
