Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of a Sales Leader revolves around their natural ability to organize their schedule and manage their time extremely well. Each week, their time is split between sales activities and training and leadership activities. They train new sales agents, network with potential clients, hone their own sales presentations, set up and deliver presentations in new and current business client settings to groups of various sizes. The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying prospective customers
- Cold-calling on businesses
- Generating and converting leads
- Presenting to individuals and often small or large groups of employees as well
- Emphasizing the features of products to highlight their value to the client(s)
- Answering questions about products
- Learning our CRM and our system for sourcing leads as well as making use of provided leads (free)
- Tracking sales activity and statistics daily and weekly
- Setting goals and reviewing performance metrics and statistics regularly
- Attending weekly sales meetings as required (over Zoom)
