We are looking to add an energetic and extroverted salesperson to our growing team! Job Description & Qualifications:

Sales Representatives will receive training on company products and will be responsible for connecting with local businesses by calling on business owners and building meaningful relationships with them. Duties will include making cold calls in person to businesses in your assigned territory, delivering our proven sales presentations to groups and individuals, taking calls from your clients/prospective customers, and maintaining documentation of your own sales activities.

As a new salesperson, we will provide you with excellent training and support, and a sales background or previous sales experience is not needed. Our ideal candidate is a person who is very driven, determined to succeed, and does not get easily discouraged. We look for natural self-starters who possess self-discipline and who are not procrastinators. Successful people in this role are those who thrive in a competitive environment and will be excited by working with a team of people who set goals and work hard individually but support each other together in order to reach goals and achieve measurable results. A big personality, a big heart, and a passion for helping others are also 'musts' that we look for in our salespeople and leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around their natural abilities to organize their schedule well, network with potential clients, build relationships with their existing clients, know their sales presentations well, understand and analyze a client's need for the product, and be able to verbally paint a picture for the client about how we can help meet that need. Primary duties and responsibilities of this position include:


  • Studying to be knowledgeable on the products, making use of the training materials and hands-on training we will provide
  • Identifying prospective customers
  • Generating and converting leads
  • Presenting to individuals and often small or large groups of employees as well
  • Emphasizing the features of products to highlight their value to the client(s)
  • Answering questions about products
  • Learning our CRM and our system for sourcing leads as well as making use of provided lead (free)
  • Cold-call sales as well as appointment presentations and sales
  • Tracking sales activity and statistics daily and weekly
  • Setting goals and reviewing performance metrics and statistics regularly
  • Attending weekly sales meetings as required (remote)
