Responsibilities
Oversees the daily operations and management of the adolescent partial care program
Provides program staff with supervision, monitors staff performance, and completes performance evaluations
Supervises program consumers and provides crisis intervention as needed
Conducts intakes develops measurable treatment plans
Ensures all clinical and administrative documentation is completed in accordance with program procedures
Qualifications
MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field
Three years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
One year of supervisory experience related to child services
LSW or LAC in respective field, LPC and LCSW preferred
Valid New Jersey driver’s license
