Position Summary This position will operate in a matrix environment, supporting cross functional teams, and requiring a high level of collaboration with multiple business partners (Revenue Management, Finance, Sales). Requires advanced MS Excel competency, ability to synthesize syndicated data, attention to detail, strong pricing acumen, an aptitude with quantitative analysis, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience in communicating pricing concepts to non-pricing business owners from all levels through verbal, written and presentation skills. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all price and promotion changes Coordinate implementation of annual price increases and communicate to stakeholders Identify pricing opportunities and develop recommendations to improve price realization and profitability Support implementation of Revenue Management initiatives, pricing strategies and monitor compliance to guardrails Complete regular and ad hoc pricing requests/analyses to support fact based decision-making process Own the management of pricing in pricing software including submitting changes and preparing audits as needed to ensure accuracy. Manage Price Promotion Management (PPM) variances with distributors to ensure accrual and payment accuracy. Work closely with region Finance to recognize P&L risk and opportunities through pricing activities Educate business partners on pricing acumen and concepts including applicable alcohol beverage laws and price elasticities Support AOP development by providing pricing related impact (rates and volume) Participate in price training, development opportunities, and activities related to the Revenue Management function. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field 5-8 years of work experience in pricing related positions in Alcohol Beverage or CPG Industry Requires ability to work independently with minimal guidance. To lead projects and ensure successful completion from start to finish. Strong data analysis capabilities required, including Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of data formatting and formulas, filters, pivot tables, macros, etc.). Solid knowledge/experience with syndicated market data (Nielsen, IRI) Must demonstrate consistent attention to detail & commitment to accuracy Highly motivated, results oriented individual who excels in dynamic environment. Excellent time management, project planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
